Refunds are permitted on the sale of services under the following conditions:

Refunds are only permitted prior to service being complete.
Minimum of 80 hours required if cancellation is requested prior to completion of rotation.

Refunds are issued at the Operator's discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such.
